Description

We are seeking an experienced Visual Studio programmer to help drive new Web
development. The Visual Studio programmer will ensure that web development
projects are performed with the highest standards and in a timely manner.
The Visual Studio programmer will work closely with Product Management and
Clients.

The Visual Studio programmer will be able to communicate well with others
specifically concerning Windows associated programming and design issues,
offer possible solutions to complex problems and provide internal technical
support.

This position requires specific experience in managing Visual Studio
programming projects. Desired skills include:

1.. Hands-on experience working with one or more of the following:
a.. Windows Visual Studio
b.. Development in C#
c.. SQL
d.. IIs#
E.. DNS
F.. Knowledge of Windows Server 2003
2.. Overall strong experience developing C# applications to run under
Windows Sever 2003.
3.. Systems administration experience in Windows or working knowledge of
IT 0perations
4.. Familiarity with Backup and Recovery, Disaster Recovery, etc. is
highly desirable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
a.. Development Methodology:
a.. Have Understanding of Requirments
b.. Effectively manage the web development life cycle
c.. Ensure effective results via appropriate documentation and best
practices.
5.. Project Management
a.. Provide clear visibility into project status and schedules; provide
and manage realistic schedules for projects based upon scope and resources
b.. Understand priorities for team according to schedules and release
dates and requirements from other departments and customers.
