Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Participates as a testing resource as assigned. Creating tests from
business cases and developers specification document. Communicates
effectively with members of software development, product support, and
other project related groups to ensure project and customer
satisfaction objectives are met. Helps define and specify the
implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for testing.
Maintains the inventory of test plans and analyzes additional needs for
each release. Performs analysis on release cycle data for inclusion in
test reports. Education and Work Experience

BA or BS in Computer Science or Engineering. Minimum of 2-3 years in
software testing and previous software development work experience
required. Experience in testing of Java development tools / analysis /
profilers etc a plus. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Experience in
testing J2EE / .Net based applications. Experience with Java / .Net
including junior programming skills required. Familiarity with object
oriented software design. Knowledge of white box methodology Experience
in QA automatic tests developments. Experience in performance testing
methodology and tools.
