The product consists of a range of air conditioning units, very
suitable for the SME market, shops, offices and available for lease.

There is a particular need for people to service PE postcodes, but
there are openings in other areas around the East Midlands.

Previous direct selling experience would be desirable. However as the
positions are commission only, any training would have to be paid for
by the sales person, not the company. Full and part time opportunities
are available.

Appointments for the sales force are made using a dedicated call
centre. A minimum of 5 visits per day is expected. Sales to date
indicates a 1/5 conversion rate is quite achievable.

Once a sale is made, the sales person needs to measure up the premises
and prepare a short site survey ready for the installer.
