Software QA Analyst Job Description: Perform functional, system,
integration, and

performance testing in accordance with company standards and processes
across

diverse platforms. May lead the development of overall test
strategies/test plans

for automated and manual testing - including definition of test
cycles and

schedules. Document and track defects, as well as produce detailed
reports using

defect tracking tools.

Required Skills: At least 2 years of experience with quality assurance
or software

testing. Knowledge of software development process, programming
languages,

operating software, and general purpose office software. Ability to
develop Test

Cases from Use Cases and Functional Specifications.

Desired Skills: Experience with Rational software test tools.
