I would prefer to be Tazered rather than shot for the leg of a table
however:
the stun current is not harmless and will be shown to cause heart
failure in the vulnerable.
Note that the 50kV mentioned in the press is only to break down air
resistance the body current will only be milliamps but still enough to
the fatal for some of the population.
I was surprised to see the low cost of these items on the open US
market.
